How far in advance should I book catering?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for most events. For larger events (100+ people) or during peak season (summer months and holidays), we suggest 3-4 weeks notice to ensure availability.
Do you provide staff for catering events?
Yes, we offer full-service catering which includes setup, service staff, and cleanup. This service has an 18% service fee (minimum $150) which covers staff, delivery up to 100 miles, and chaffer rentals.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, we can accommodate various dietary needs with advance notice. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions when booking, and we'll work with you to create suitable menu options.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7 or more days before your event will receive a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Do you offer tastings before booking?
Yes, we offer tastings for wedding receptions and large corporate events. Tastings must be scheduled in advance and are available for up to 4 people. There is a small fee for tastings which is applied to your final bill if you book with us.
